From 09.01.2016 the regulation with the (EU) no. 524/2013, for the "on-line settlement of consumer disputes" comes into force.

This so-called ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) regulation aims to create an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair out-of-court settlement mechanism. These disputes may arise from the cross-border online sale of goods or the provision of services across the EU.
The objective of this Regulation is to be achieved through the establishment of an online dispute resolution platform (OS platform) at EU level and the regulation of cooperation with national ADR Agencies.
From 9 January, traders are therefore obliged to inform their customers about the existence of this platform for online dispute resolution.
As can be read on the website of the OS platform, this is expected to be in service until February 2016 - the obligation to notify, however, already from 9 January.

§ 1 Scope and Provider
These terms and conditions apply to all orders that consumers (§ 13 BGB) on the online store Styles-24, Heideweg 14, 53578 Windhagen operated by Dorothea Thiel.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
§ 2.1 The product presentations in the online shop are used to submit a purchase offer. By clicking on the button "Buy" you make a binding purchase offer. The sale of our products is only for private use.
§ 2.2 Styles-24 offers title-related styles for different brands and private use. On our website a complete demo video was provided for each style, so that the buyer can convince himself before ordering about the quality of the software.
§ 2.3 A separate video is not provided for each keyboard brand. However, it is guaranteed that all styles of each keyboard brand by hand on the instrument are optimally arranged according to the possibilities of the instrument. So-called co-promotion programs are not used by us.
§ 2.4 We can accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation by email or by delivery of the goods. Confirmation of the receipt of the order is made by automated e-mail immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of an agreement.
§ 3 Terms of Use
3.1 Styles-24 - represented by Larissa Thiel - grants the buyer the personal right to use the music software for the purpose for which this software was created and to use the purchased products in the private and public domain. The right of use is not transferable to third parties (simultaneous multiple use).
3.2 Under the Copyright Act, the buyer agrees with the purchase that the purchased goods may not be disclosed, distributed, lent, sold or rented. This also applies if our products are modified, ie derived works have been produced (such as modified styles or midifiles).
3.3 The unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, publication, sale, licensing of copyrighted works is a violation of the copyright of the copyright holder. Our copyright notices and marks on the software may not be removed.
§ 4 prices
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components and exclude shipping costs.
§ 5 shipping costs
§ 5.1 For Styles-24 you can choose between the payment methods "PayPal" and "Sofortüberweisung". There are no additional shipping costs, because the style software is only available for download.
§ 5.2 An additional delivery by post can be agreed with the individual customer. To the shipping costs are then still costs for a disk of our choice (USB stick) in the amount of 6.50 €. For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of <5, - Euro per order. From an order value of 150, - Euro, we deliver free shipping within Germany.
§ 5.3 When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of <2, - €> is due, which levies the deliverer on site. Further taxes or costs fall
